KEY INGREDIENTS
⁍ Niacinamide: Helps fight imperfections, visibly minimizes pores & evens out skin tone.
Niacinamide is a derivative of nicotinic acid and belongs to the Vitamin B family (also known as Vitamin B3).
It offers a broad spectrum of action in combating hyperpigmentation, either by preventing it (through the inhibition of inflammatory mediators)
or by correcting it (through direct action on the key stages of melanogenesis).
Niacinamide also acts as an antioxidant by inhibiting reactive oxygen species (ROS), which trigger melanogenesis, and as an anti-inflammatory agent by inhibiting the release of certain mediators.
It also regulates melanin production by inhibiting tyrosinase, the key enzyme involved in melanogenesis.
Finally, it reduces melanin dispersion by affecting the transfer of melanosomes.
An in vitro study conducted by L’Oréal’s Research & Innovation department on reconstructed skin showed that the application of niacinamide reduced melanin transfer to keratinocytes by 78%.
⁍ Glycolic Acid: Provides exfoliation & helps unclog pores and purify blemish-prone skin.
Glycolic acid is primarily derived from sugarcane, but can also be extracted from beets or fruits such as grapes.
As the smallest member of the alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) family, it penetrates the skin quickly and easily.

it is widely used by dermatologists in superficial peels (as an aqueous solution at concentrations of 20%–60%).
Numerous studies have shown that the use of glycolic acid in a daily cosmetic treatment (at concentrations ranging from 3% to 12%)
