Wear suitable disposable gloves during preparation, application, and rinsing.
Prepare the mixture in a well-ventilated area. Do not use metal tools (bowl, clips, comb, etc.). Slowly and carefully mix the powder with the appropriate oxidizing cream (depending on the desired consistency) using a spatula or brush until a homogeneous, and creamy mixture is formed. Apply the mixture to dry, unwashed hair. Once the desired lightening level is achieved, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Mixing Ratio:
1:2. In a plastic bowl, mix 1 part Deco Soleil powder with 2 parts Emulsion Oxycreme 10 Vol., 20 Vol., 30 Vol., or 40 Vol., depending on hair quality and the desired lightening level.
Processing Time:
The processing time varies depending on hair quality and the desired level of lightening.
It is recommended to monitor the lightening process during application.
Maximum processing time: 50 minutes.
Recommended Developer:
The lower the volume of the oxidizing cream in the mixture, the gentler the lightening effect.
If applied to the scalp (full application or roots), it is reccomended to use an oxidizing cream up to 6% (20 Vol.).
PRECAUTIONS: Do not heat above 40°C during application.

Blue, ammonia-free bleaching powder (with monoethanolamine) designed for controlled and reliable lightening up to 7 levels while neutralizing unwanted warm yellow undertones in a single step.
Suitable for all hair types, whether colored or natural, and for all lightening techniques, especially on fragile, weak, or highly damaged hair.
