Its formula does not dry out the lips and keeps lipstick in place.

Use to define the lip contour, then apply your favorite lipstick.
For more intense color, apply Quickliner™ For Lips over the entire lip surface before lipstick. It creates a base for your lipstick or lip gloss.
You can choose a shade that matches your lipstick or a slightly lighter/darker one to create a unique effect.
