The Sauvage Elixir was created like a fine liqueur made from exceptional ingredients.
This intense concentration was made possible thanks to the outstanding quality of its raw materials, creating a fragrance as unique and rare as a red moon in the night sky.

⁍ Top Notes: Grapefruit & Spicy Heart.
The top notes burst with a vibrant, persistent hint of grapefruit and intoxicating spices.
Some, like cinnamon and nutmeg distillates, play with warmth and sensuality, while others are fresher, like juicy, aromatic cardamom.
⁍ Heart Notes: AOP Lavender Extract from Nyons.
François Demachy, Dior’s master perfumer, selected a lavender extract specially crafted for Dior.
A blend of several carefully selected harvests, revealing unique facets and releasing notes as close as possible to the wildflower.
Fresh but not camphoraceous, with a hint of coumarin and a touch of vanilla, it is rich, refined, and floral.
⁍ Base Notes: Soft Woods.
An amber accord, the strong signature of Sauvage, unveils the full range of velvety and sensual shades.
Wrapping and highlighting the base with a sweet, soft licorice note.
Haitian vetiver and a heart of patchouli form the link between these rich woods.
