The Stress-Fix™ Concentrate Rollerball Essential Oil comes in a portable rollerball format, ideal for carrying with you and practicing Ayurvedic relaxation rituals anytime, anywhere.
⁍ Apply to the inner wrists, bring to your nose, and take a deep breath.
⁍ Gently massage the occipital area (base of the skull) using circular motions.
⁍ Release tension in the shoulders by rolling onto the upper shoulders using a press-and-release motion.
⁍ Lift your shoulders toward your ears, hold, then let them relax.
⁍ Repeat as needed.
